• All meat is the property of the farm
• Deposit of 100% of the total daily rate will confirm a booking
• Balance is payable on the day of departure.
• Cancellation:

• 120 Days prior to Safari – Full refund
• Less than 90 Days – 50% refund deposit
• Less than 60 Days – No refund of Deposit

• Deposits may be transferred to alternative date if it is available
• We accept payments by bank transfer, travelers’ checks, credit card or cash 
• Full fees are payable on wounded animals
• Clients will at all times hunt at their own risk and will be required to sign an indemnity form
• All prices are subject to Government regulated 15% VAT
• The tariffs are based on current prices and are subject to change without prior notice
